After approximately one year, almost all EU member states have integrated the EU Whistleblowing Directive into their national legal framework. Many Swiss companies were also affected by the implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive in the member states with their subsidiaries or branches.
In our upcoming webinar, we will present the results of our second European Whistleblowing Survey with a focus on Switzerland. In the first part of the webinar, we will compare the level of adoption of whistleblowing channels in Swiss companies compared to companies in the rest of Europe, show the biggest differences in Swiss companies compared to the overall result and present the key findings.
