Expert Guide on the Whistleblowing Law in the Netherlands
On 18 February 2023, the Dutch whistleblowing law (‘Wet bescherming klokkenluiders’) partially entered into force. The provisions regarding anonymous reporting and enforcement of this law by the House of Whistleblowers will enter into force at a later date. Medium-sized employers (with 50 to 249 employees) have until 17 December 2023 to comply with the new Dutch law. However, they must meet the requirements of the old Dutch law on Whistleblowing (‘Wet Huis voor klokkenluiders’) until that date.
Learn in our free guide about the legal requirements in the Netherlands and how your company can comply.
